Rosie Lilley Smith

Rosemarie Lilley Smith is a native of Washington, born and raised in Beaufort County. She has 28 years of experience in our local real estate market. Rosie has listed and sold so well, that she has consecutively been named the Top Producing Realtor in residential sales at the top producing company in Beaufort County. In 1993 she was named “Rookie of the Year” for the Washington-Beaufort County Realtor’s Association and since that time she has been given several other awards. She has served on this Board and has held positions such as President throughout the years.

Rosemarie is married to her husband Warren and together they share 5 children and several grandchildren. Raising her children here in Beaufort County, she can share the joys of living here, and the activities surrounding this beautiful area located on the Pamlico River.
