An Eastern North Carolina native, Lauren graduated from North Carolina State University and lived and worked in Raleigh, NC for 16 years. In 2020, Lauren and her husband Thomas moved to Washington, his hometown. They have three children, Wallace, Thomas, and Penn. The beautiful waterfront, thriving downtown, and relaxed hometown atmosphere are a few of the things Lauren loves most about Washington.
