Tom Atkins, President and Broker-In-Charge at The Rich Company has announced that Kat Stewart has joined the Rich Company Washington office as a new broker. Kat is the mom to seven children and a grandmother to five. She enjoys spending time with her family and making memories. She has been a teacher for 34 years and has decided to make real estate her new chapter in life.

Kat is originally from Maryland but has called eastern NC home for the past 20 years. She enjoys being close to the water and spends time with her other passion of breeding golden doodles and golden retrievers. Kat is married to Bob Stewart. They are involved in their church and hold small group meetings at their home. She is a people person who wants to find a forever home for her clients and will work hard to list and sell their property as well. She is an avid golfer and would happily take you on a round of golf and talk real estate.
