Evie Wicker

Tom Atkins, Owner and President of The Rich Company, is pleased to announce that
Evie Wicker has joined the team. Evie has been an interior designer/business owner for more
than 10 years and has an eye for rehabbing vintage furniture. She loves older homes that have
good bones and wants to figure out how to make one a perfect fit for you.
Evie has experience and enjoys negotiating on behalf of her clients and will work
diligently to get you the house you desire for a price you want. Her firsthand knowledge of
renovation by completing a renovation on her 115-year-old house, will be a plus for any
questions you have on remodeling.
Evie was born and raised in Raleigh and came to Washington to be close to family. She
enjoys sailing and hopes to teach her children the joys of being and living near the water. She is
married to David, a licensed home inspector and they share three children, James, Burns, and
Nell. Being an avid gardener, her favorite thing to grow is potatoes that she digs up with the kids
and they remark at their newfound treasures. She does needle point and light reupholstery when
her busy family life allows.
