After your guests load their luggage and groceries in the convenient elevator and get settled into their own suites, each with its own deck and clear view of the ocean, you can give them a quick tour of the home, including first a peek at the Master Bdrm with 13 foot ceilings, a luxurious master bath, a balcony with an ocean view and floor to ceiling windows to the west where you'll later catch the sunset and then you'll steer them toward a quick looksee at the gourmet kitchen that includes a 13 foot ceiling, custom cabinetry, granite counters, Wolf 6 burner range/oven, Sub Zero refrig & separate wet bar/refrigerator, dining room with seating - 12 and adjoining family room. The walk to the beach is on a private boardwalk of 75 yards. Never rented. A recent rental analysis of in-season wks shows greater than 8k.
