The Rich Company Downtown opened its doors to business in October of 2006 in the refurbished and architecturally classic Harris Hardware Building. Located in the heart of historic Washington, we are across from the recently renovated Turnage Theater and convenient to the waterfront and a wide range of thriving downtown restaurants and shops which continue to enhance the renaissance of Main Street. The Rich Company Downtown is a full service real estate office open six days a week.
